About Our Text Message Service

Junkez FL uses SMS text messaging to provide booking confirmations, delivery notifications, and service updates. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Program Description

Junkez FL offers an SMS notification service for dumpster rental customers in the Jacksonville, FL area. When you opt in, you'll receive text messages about:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Delivery date and time reminders

  • Pickup notifications

  • Service updates or schedule changes

  • Responses to your inquiries

  1. Consent & Opt-In

By checking the "Send me text message updates" checkbox during booking or by texting START to our number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Junkez FL at the phone number you provided.

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You can complete your booking without opting in to SMS notifications.

  1. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity:

  • Per Booking: You may receive 1-5 messages per rental booking

  • Typical Messages: Booking confirmation, delivery reminder (day before), delivery notification (day of), pickup reminder, pickup confirmation

  • Additional Messages: Only if there are schedule changes or you contact us

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.

  1. Costs & Carrier Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Junkez FL does not charge you for text messages we send. However, your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

  1. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Junkez FL unless you opt in again.

Note: Opting out of SMS does not cancel your booking. We will still contact you by phone or email regarding your service.

For help with our text message service, reply HELP to any message from us.

  1. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. We use your phone number only to:

  • Send booking-related notifications you've consented to receive

  • Respond to your text message inquiries

  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of your dumpster rental

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with service providers who help us deliver text messages (such as Twilio), but they are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

Our SMS service is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including:

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. Service Availability

Text messaging may not be available in all areas or on all mobile devices. Junkez FL is not responsible for:

  • Messages that are delayed or fail to deliver due to carrier issues

  • Technical problems with your mobile device

  • Service interruptions beyond our control

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
