Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Junkez provides dumpster rental services for residential and commercial waste management. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices include delivery, pickup, and specified tonnage allowance
• Additional fees apply for overage tonnage ($50 per ton after included amount)
• Payment is due at time of pickup unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

3. Rental Period

• Standard rental periods are 7-14 days depending on dumpster size
• Extensions available for additional fees - call (301) 247-5224
• Early pickups do not result in refunds

4. Prohibited Materials

The following items are NOT allowed in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Tires, batteries, and automotive fluids
• Paint, solvents, and flammable liquids
• Asbestos and other toxic materials
• Propane tanks and compressed gas cylinders
• Medical waste

Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees and penalties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accessible placement area for dumpster
• Ensure delivery location has adequate clearance (14' height, 10' width)
• Obtain any necessary permits for street placement
• Do not overfill dumpster - contents must be level with top
• Ensure area around dumpster is clear for pickup

6. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates - we will call to confirm window
• Customer must be available by phone on delivery day
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery if location is unsafe
• Driveway protection boards available upon request
• Customer is responsible for any damage to property not caused by negligence

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking confirmation receive full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur fees
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

8. SMS and Email Communications

Transactional Messages: By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive transactional communications about your booking, including:

• Booking confirmations
• Delivery and pickup notifications
• Service updates and changes
• Payment receipts and invoices

SMS Opt-In: If you opt-in to receive SMS updates, you agree to receive text messages including delivery reminders and pickup notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per booking. We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you explicitly opt-in.

9. Liability

• Junkez is not liable for damage to property not caused by our negligence
• Customer assumes responsibility for dumpster contents and placement
• We maintain general liability insurance as required by law

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
